2. Where would you take a tourist for the best view of our city?
At Makrinitsa village.
3. What should they take home as a souvenir?
Tsipouro, Pelion herbs, “spoon sweets” (fruit preserves), “loukoumia tou pappou” (sweets made of grape must).
4. What places in Volos would you recommend to a foodie?
Any tsipouradiko in Volos and the restaurants "Kritsa" or "Sklidis" in Portaria.
5. Where would you take someone if they only had 6 hours in Volos?
We would take a long walk from the port to the Archaeological Museum to see its exhibits. Then, we would enjoy a traditional meal at Portaria and a coffee at Makrinitsa.

Μεζεν (Mezen) restaurant and Παπαδής (Papadis) tsipouradiko.
5. Where would you take someone if they only had 6 hours in Volos?
It depends on the season they are visiting. If it was summer I would take them to the Volos waterfront for a coffee and then to Rivera beach bar at Kato Gatzea for relaxation, drinks, great sea views and a swim. In the winter, we would go to Portaria for souvenir shopping, coffee and a traditional meal.

In winter to Portaria for coffee and strolling around and then to Makrinitsa for lunch or dinner. In summer to Agioi Saranta beach for swimming and to Kissos village for a meal.

I would take them to a tsipouradiko, the historic district (Palia) of Volos, and to the churches of Agios Nikolaos and Agios Konstantinos.
